Stephen Connolly, B.Phty., OCS, CDNT
Stephen Connolly, B.Phty., OCS, CDNT, brings more than thirty years of manual and physical therapy experience to Steve Kravitz Physical Therapy. Most recently, Stephen was the Vice President of Clinical Quality at Nashville-based Upstream Rehabilitation (Parent Company of Results Physiotherapy), where he established an industry-leading physical and manual therapy practice focused on clinical outcomes and quality care across dozens of clinics. As a founding member of their highly specialized team, he spent over twenty years helping to shape the practice into one of the most respected physical therapy organizations in the country. As an expert clinician, he specializes in orthopedic manual therapy, spine and extremity manipulation, myofascial release, and dry needling.
Board-certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Stephen is also Maitland-trained, a highly sought after Australian certification in manual therapy, and known for his eclectic and thoughtful patient approach. Since 2014, Stephen has taught over 100 continuing education courses in dry needling and myofascial techniques, contributing to national curricula and serving as an examiner for COMT certification.
Stephen is a graduate of The University of Queensland— Australia’s leading physical therapy program, globally recognized for producing some of the best-trained physical therapists in the world–and spent many years in clinical practices across Australia, Ireland, and the United Kingdom prior to moving to Nashville.
