What about insurance reimbursement in New York?

NEW YORK OFFICE:

In New York, most major medical insurance companies cover physical therapy as long as a medical doctor prescribes it. Physical therapy visits at this office are considered OUT OF NETWORK and there are no affiliations with any insurance companies at this time. Therefore, insurance claims are not processed by this office and you will be responsible for submitting your own claims for reimbursement. I have prepared a short list of questions  to ask your insurance company before you plan on coming for treatment.
